On a beautiful Sunday morning, Hospital at Home staff loaded up their fleet vehicle and took to the road... but this time, it wasn't business as usual! Instead of making a home visit with a HaH patient, the fleet vehicle made its way to the 3rd Annual South Island Physicians BBQ.

There was also an opportunity for participants to explore a wide range of Hospital at Home equipment. From virtual care devices to elastomeric balls for IV medications, to otoscopes and the elusive bladder scanner... it was portable acute care in action!
